Live poker training for low-stakes games

Practice against the players you actually sit with.

Fishbowl Reps deals you the spots that come up again and again at live low-stakes tables: button opens, limped pots, squeezes, multiway messes. Your opponents play like the real pool: sticky regulars, calling stations, nits, maniacs. Make a decision, see how it plays out, and get the next hand right away.

Free: 50 hands a day. The browser version needs a free account; the download doesn't.

Built for the game you play, not a solver's.

Solvers teach you to be unexploitable against perfect opponents. Your $1/$2 table isn't that. Fishbowl Reps is for learning to beat the people who are actually there.

Opponents that play like the pool

Each villain is a player type with its own tendencies: the passive regular who never folds a pair, the calling station, the nit who only raises the nuts, the trapper who slowplays sets, the aggressive reg and the maniac. Their actions follow their hand strength, so their lines tell a story.

Every street, to showdown

Hands don't stop at one decision. You play the flop, turn and river against realistic bet sizes, with mixed stack depths, and see what they had at the end.

The spots that cost you money

Single-raised pots in and out of position, 3-bet pots, isolating limpers, squeezes, 3- and 4-way pots, blind battles. Or pick "Random spot" and get a different one every hand.

Hold'em, PLO and bomb pots

Pot-limit Omaha, and the double-board PLO bomb pots that live rooms love: everyone antes, two flops, half the pot on each board.

A coach that reads your session

On Pro, Claude reviews your whole session: your biggest leaks, with the hands that show them. Ask about any single hand, or mark hands during play and review them together afterwards.

Your ranges, your game

Every spot shows the hero and villain ranges as a 13×13 chart. Think your pool calls wider? Click or drag on the chart to change it, and the next session deals the new range.

Results that aren't just luck

All-in hands record your equity and expected value, so a session summary separates good decisions from good runouts. Replay the exact same deals to test one plan against another.

Fast reps

Keyboard shortcuts for every action, animation speed up to instant, and the next hand is dealt the moment one ends. A hundred hands go by quickly.

Questions

Is this a solver?

No. Solvers find the unexploitable strategy against perfect play. Fishbowl Reps is the opposite: practice exploiting the mistakes real live players make, like calling too much, rarely bluffing and slowplaying big hands.

Do I need an account?

Not for the desktop app's free plan. Playing in the browser needs a free account (no card), and so does upgrading. One account works everywhere: sign in on any computer or browser and your plan comes with you.

What's the coach?

On Pro, Claude (Anthropic's AI) gets a summary of your session: every decision you made, how strong your hand was, what the villains did, and how each hand ended. It writes a review of your leaks with the hands that show them, and answers questions about any hand.

What do you collect?

For the free plan, a one-way hash that identifies your computer (so the daily hand limit works) and how many hands you've played today. With an account, your email and your plan. Your hands and sessions stay on your computer (in the browser version, in your browser's storage), except what you send to the coach when you ask it something. Payments go through Stripe; we never see your card.

Mac, Linux, Chromebook or phone?

Download it for Windows or macOS (Apple silicon and Intel), or play in your browser on anything with a recent Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari. The browser version works on phones too (hold it upright).

How do I reach you?

Email fishbowlreps@gmail.com with questions, bugs, billing or ideas for new spots. In the app, Help → Contact Us (or Contact us at the bottom of the sidebar) starts an email with your app version filled in.
